Warner Brand Partnerships is a commercial department that provides creative, insight-driven marketing and communication solutions for brands. Working with artists from across the entire WMG group, the team operate campaigns covering a broad range of disciplines, including: music video integration, above the line, below the line, artist endorsements, talent solutions, music strategy, content creation & distribution, artist co-design, social media, tour sponsorship, live performances and events.


Summary of the Role:

Working within Brand Partnerships you will be at the hub of the team, responsible for the day to day running of the department. Your time will be spent doing a variety of tasks, from admin to producing creative assets, and assisting and supporting the execution of campaigns. You will be in a unique and exciting position, working alongside the whole team assisting the SVP, Directors and Partnership Managers.



  • Diary management for SVP of Brand Partnerships
  • Team diary management
  • Organising meetings (both internal and external), including meetings with artist managers, brands and agencies
  • Taking minutes and distributing notes and key actions among the team
  • Responsible for the departmental finance, including;- Requesting invoices, arranging artist pay-through with Finance, chasing payments
  • Raising departmental POs on Sprinter
  • Consistent liaison with frontline Marketing and Artist Relations equivalents to unearth relevant information and opportunities
  • Fielding relevant information and ensuring the team are up to date with key artist info
  • Ordering and allocating gig tickets
  • Booking bikes/organising couriers
  • Booking meeting rooms and ordering catering
  • Ordering CDs (and maintaining stock levels)
  • Ordering stationary (and maintaining stock levels)
  • Creation of sales assets, and keeping these up to date – including artist one pagers
  • Aiding in creation of sales presentations and brief responses
  • Aiding with newsletter content
  • Maintaining and developing contacts database
  • Market, company and competitor research and analysis
  • Helping drive departmental innovative
  • Attending gigs and other artist / label events as a representative of the team


Skills / experience required:

  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise effectively
  • The ability to pre-empt and forecast team / department needs. e.g. predicting materials that might be required for future meetings
  • Attention to detail
  • Rock solid communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player with ability to form good relationships with colleagues (internally & externally)
  • Adaptable, with an appetite for working in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
  • A real passion for music
  • Keen desire to keep on top of latest thinking and trends across marketing / lifestyle / technology
  • Familiarity with Keynote, Outlook and Powerpoint (Photoshop would be a bonus but not a necessity)
  • Ideal candidate would have an understanding of the music industry and / or worked within a similar environment
