Opportunity, London: Customer Relations Training

The Little Black Pants Club (LBPC) is an exciting Brixton based fashion start-up, offering a monthly knicker subscription that allows you to build up credits to spend on luxurious pants.

They are offering two months training in customer relations for a sparky, vivacious, feminist knicker lover.

You will use lean principles, and be taught how to make target driven social media content, working live on the LBPC platforms to create, push out and analyse engaging posts. LBPC will work with you to develop your unique voice to produce on brand comms. In addition they will give you insight into the running of a lean fashion startup, letting you gently take the lead on customer query management, mailing list development and customer lead product research and development.

You will expected to be present at the LBPC studio two mornings per week, and complete tasks in your own time 10 hours per week.

You’ll get 360 support, regular feedback, the odd bit of free product and some lunch!

This programme is fully funded by LBPC, with additional funds towards candidate transport.
